We are so excited to welcome back to Be Bubbly- Elaine Jennings (she/her) is a multi-talented singer who has been featured in major productions throughout the Bay Area.  Elaine is currently performing with David Austin on piano featuring favorites and lesser-known compositions from the Great American Songbook.
