Be Bubbly is excited to present our first Izakaya Night in downtown Napa!
Chef Ed Metcalf & team will be sharing some of their favorite bites that we will pair with bubbles & Sake from Revel Wine, predsented by Jessica Di Fede!
The term Izakaya means, “stay sake shop” in Japanese. The term is used for drinking and snacking taverns in Japan. They are places where people gather and share memories together over great food and ever flowing drinks. Be Bubbly & Sushimoto is pairing up to bring together the local community over traditional Japanese drinking and street foods.

5TH-Watmaugh Strawberries/Vanilla Sugar/Chiffonade of Shiso and Mint
Paired with Scribe Pet Nat Rosé of Pinot Noir 2022
Ticket includes full meal (5 courses) & wine pairing (3 glasses). Additional glasses and bottles will be available for purchase to enjoy at lounge or to go.
There will be 2 seating options: 5:30-7PM or 7:30-9PM.
