We have partnered with Kate Messmer Jessup, the Mindfulness Coach of Napa Valley and owner of Peace of Kate Coaching, to bring you the Peace of Kate Happy Hour! 

Because our Bubbly Club Enthusiasts are the heart of the Be Bubbly Lounge, we wanted to offer you a unique and uplifting experience the next time you and your friends are in Napa Valley.

Kate started the weekly Peace of Kate Happy Hour in Downtown Napa tasting rooms to bring people together and inspire them with connection, positivity, wine, and wellness.

With so much heaviness, anxiety, and worry in the world, we must remember that we can only control how we care for ourselves and respond to life's circumstances. 

The Peace of Kate Happy Hour is the perfect blend of Wellness and Wine Country!  

What to expect: In the first 15 minutes, attendees settle in with a beverage and conversation with others in the group. Kate will lead a talk based on mindfulness or wellness for 30 minutes, and then the rest of the time will be for conversation and connection.  

*Cost: $15 per person (not including wine) to be paid the evening of event.
