4oz Sparkling of choice 1oz Honey Top with “Honey Strings” * * Honey strings-boil equal parts water and sugar (add small amount of honey for coloring), bring to boil, let stand until thick. Lay parchment paper flat on surface, take fork and dip in sugar-honey water, and swing fork and let thin strings of liquid fall and dry. When done collect thing hardened string and arrange on top of sparkling cocktail.
3oz Champagne 2oz Raspberry Liqueur Gold sugar dust rim Sprig Rosemary In champagne Flute, rim with gold sugar dust, add in Champagne, slowly drop raspberry liqueur to sink to bottom of glass, top with rosemary sprig for holiday flavoring.
